The TH devices are, but the THB not. Temp, Humi,Baro can this be applied as well please???

This looks strange, from the code side, the adjustment is made when receiving a new temperature, despite it is T, TH or THB
I'll investigate on my end

The Temp device Temp Humi devices are doing it right. But the THB device does nothing with the offset.

@mcmikev, could you do an update (git pull). I changed the way it was done, as I was not really happy with it.
Tested here with a Xiaomi device, and all T, TH and THB are updated based on the adjusted value that you have to set for each single widget.
So you need to put the Adj value on T, TH and THB
