Yeah thanks, but the manual doesn't say how to do a factory reset, unless you picked up the TZ88E manual buy mistake.

I looked at the vesternet site and they have a manual for the one you mention, it states in that manual how it resets if it's excluded from the network, I also know that nearly all zwave devices need a triple push in the button to include/exclude them, in this case the manual states "hitting the button one time" starts inc/exclusion

It's allready included on another netwrk which is now dead, i therefore need to be able to do factory reset from the device itself...

Press button 3 times in 2 seconds, within 1 second, press button again and hold for 5 seconds until led goes off, then reinclude into the new network

Re: Factory reset for tkb home TZ68E socket?
Ok, i think i got it working. Had to exclude it from the new network, (even though it didnt belong to that network) before including it... After doing that it worked pretty smoothly. At the back of my mind i was thinking it either had to be factory reset at the switch, or excluded from the old controller first. Apparently that wasnt neccessary.

Good news, so the one button push is the right option even with another zwave network! Strange but good to know

Re: Factory reset for tkb home TZ68E socket?
Hi
Just wanted to say thanks. I had the same problem a TZ68E TKBHOME plug that was registered to a dead network. Tired the reset so many times, but running my new zwave controller in exclusion mode press the button three time, then going into inclusion mode and 3 presses worked!
Thanks
Sam

Same here. I was ready to throw away my three TKB sockets. The official reset procedure may have worked with one of them - I'm not sure at this point. This post saved me.
