I can acces the Domoticz webUI from outside my network just fine (ip:8080)
(so assume my port forwarding is OK)

Now I just bought the app (looks great!), and it runs great on my locale network but when I try to acces it from outside my network ($g connection) the app just show the "loading" circle when I try to acces the Switches tab for example.
(I add the same IP + port that I put in my browser)

Any idea what I do wrong?

In the Dashboard I have my favorites, where I have a group called "Utebelysning". When I press its buttons, I get the notification underneath saying "Turning switch on: Outside weather".
Well, outside weather is not a switch - it's a thermometer.... Utebelysning should turn on my outdoor lights, but it doesnt.

However, if I go into Scenes and turn on Utebelysning from there, it works.

We're going to check.
If we're unable to reproduce, could we get access to your server?

It should always time out and show an error message.

Hello, server update does not work in beta Android cliënt.

No, something changed in an update on the server so this has to be revised.

Updated the app today and it doesn't crash anymore on start-up.
Now I can see the security panel but it onlo shows the status and an on button. No possibility to change the status of the alarm, is this by design?

Could you post some screenshots please?

I'm sorry I realy don't know how to make a screenshot on Android. But on the phone there is at the right of the text a switch, just like a switch for lamps etc. On the tablet there is a rectangular switch (like the one used for my scenes)

Great app, but I have the following problems:

- The sequence of the buttons is not the same as on the server.
- The Kaku ASUN 650 is not shown as a blind but as an ON or OFF button, on the server this is different, it's shown as a blind and if you tap the close button twice it stops on that position.


Can you solve this?

What is still do not understand is why do switches have only a on or off function.
Scenes do have both, i like to have that also for my switches. When the switch doesnt respond i have to switch double.
I am using kaku.

Hi, thank to you guys for this briljant piece of work!

I installed the latest update from the play store, especially because of the streaming camera option. But I 've noticed that de picture is not updating between each stream. Same when I don't choose the stream. When I save a pic than its timestamp is sometimes 2 hours behind.

Is there a way/bypass to overcome this?

Hi, after last update i got instant FC when opening the app. Tried reboot without success. Unfortunately I haven't root and I haven't find any app to take logs without root. Im using Xperia Z5 5.1.1

I saw the crash reports last night.
We already fixed this in and is currently in beta testing.

Could you reset the app data, please?

This will reset the Domoticz for Android app! You'll have to set the server and other settings again!

How to reset you app data:

• Go to your device’s Settings page.
• Go to Apps.
• Touch the maps Maps icon.
• Touch Clear data on the "App info" page.
• Touch OK in the dialogue box that appears.

If you have an older Android device, follow these steps:

• Open your device's Settings application
• Select Applications > Manage applications.
• Touch the All tab.
• Touch Maps in the scrolling list.
• Touch Clear data.

Yes, streaming camera doesn't always work.
It's a work in progress.

However, besides the (my) blinds not working I see some issues with the graphs, especcially the day and week graph (did nog really check the mont/year graphs) in the app.

The daily graph seems to run out of the screen, not sure (do not think so) if the end of the graph is visible
The week graph gives the message: No data found, the week graph in the Domoticz web interface show daya however.

We're currently working on the blinds issues and graphs enhancements.
Graphs are inside of a dialog (hence, not full screen size). We're changing this to an activity where we have more control on the screen.

This does not help. My app still crash. Why do you instruct on how to clear data for Google Maps?
I cleared data for both Maps(?) and Domoticz app. It crashes as soon I have added the server settings again.
I use the paid version...
