I have a z-wave network with a static update controller (SUC) (Z-wave-me USB stick or UZB). I am using a Raspberry Pi with a razberry z-wave interface.
The SUC appears not detected in Domoticz, SUC node = 0 in the Openzwave control panel, however the z-way server software (when I use this in the Raspberry Pi instead of Domotics with ozw) does detect the SUC. What could be the issue here?
No detection of static update controller (suc)

Re: No detection of static update controller (suc)
Hello Willie-p,
What I encounter is I think not the same issue as you describe. Adding Domoticz as a secondary controller was not problem, but I want to keep it as a slave without associating capabilities but only updating from the primary controller. The primary controller should be see as a SUC (Static Update Controller) by the secondary controller in openzwave but it is not. In the Openzwave control panel a "0" is shown at SUC node.
When I switch to the z-way control panel (from z-wave.me) the secondary controller sees the primary as SUC. So for the moment I can only update the secondary controller by switching from Domoticz to z-way.
I wonder whether there is a way in openzwave to change the SUC Node ID. If someone knows it, please share. Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Willem

I still did not found a solution, still can't get a secondary domoticz controller update from the SUC.

+1 for me...
I really need this feature since 2014... This seems a limitation of Domoticz
with kind regards

It does still not work. It is probably openzwave limitation.

That missing features make OpenZWave stack really less portable... primarily with large zwave network.

I still hope that this function will be added some day...
