I have checked out some of the basics, but could use a little help here..
I want to make a new hardware device for domoticz that will make JSON calls the device will have a few relays and digital sensors and would like to have it as easy to use as possible (hence the hardware addition)
can anyone help I am not good with CPP but could fumble around if I have a example of something like this working.

I assume you looked at http://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Developing ... are_plugin.
There are plugins that use JSON that you can copy, not a trivial task tho.

Yes I did see that haven't found a clear path yet.
Which plugins that use JSON that I can copy - if I can find a good start of the path I can stumble along. Right now finding a starting point that isn't ground zero would be nice

I can beta test your LUA script for unipi. I'm not that smart too to make my own C++ file.........
