Great work Decipher, you're a hero !
Although I currently do not have any Z-wave hardware, I am keen on getting some to replace my KaKu (Klik-Aan-Klik_UIt) stuff and run it on my Ds214+
Will a updated Domoticz package for my Syno be available automatically (DSM 5.1-5022 Update 2)?

Nice on Decipher,
But why did you use such an "old" version? I'd like to use the new 2.2269 version. Is it possible you can make an qoriq-5.1 package of 2.2269 ?

@Eternity,
Once my PR gets merged in, there should be a version via the SynoCommunity repo for all architectures, in the mean time someone needs to manually compile them.
@dthy
I didn't, that is the version that was recently released on the SynoCommunity and I opted to leave that version as is and concentrate on the OpenZWave support. Multiple changes at once could over complicate things. Once the OpenZWave PR gets merged I will look at updating to the latest stable.

I will most likely fast-tracking the new version, as one of my devices doesn't have a definition in 2112 but does in HEAD. Will let you know, and as you have the same ARCH as me it'll be the first version available when I'm done.

Is only 2246, tried to compile HEAD but ran into an issue that I think is related to 2247. Will dig further in tonight.

Sorted out the issue with the compiling 2247 and onwards (http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5389), so here is a Domoticz r2270 for Qoriq-5.1: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/180 ... 2270-6.spk

I have not yet built those packages, no. It's unlikely (but possible) that I will be able to get those particular builds available in the next 24-48 hours. But I will report back here when/if I do. Hopefully we can get some movement on the PR to get this all managed by the SynoCommunity.

I would want to thank you for ZWave Support in Domoticz!
I have updated my Domoticz version to 2270 on my DSM 5.0-4493.
The package has been successfully updated.
When I go to "Setup -> Hardware" I can see OpenZWave USB ^^
And my RFXTRX433E still works
I will order a AEON LABS ZStick soon and try it on my Syno.

@technoinstyle,
Was about to start on those two architectures, and it occurred you didn't tell me which versions (4.3, 5.0, 5.1). Let me know and I'll get them created as soon as I can.

Great work!
Do you have a version available for DS214+ (Marvell Armada XP armv7l)?

@Decipher
I have Domoticz up and running on my DS214+, installed via the package centre. It is identified in the packages center as version "2246-7"
The package you referred to in the previous post (domoticz_armadaxp-5.1_2.0.2276-6) is a different version than the one I am running myself.
This confuses me...

Re: domoticz in synology as package! Available now.
At some point the numbering of the SynoCommunity changed to more closely reflect that of the numbering in the Domoticz history file. The Syno sees 2.0.2276-6 to be an earlier version number than 2246-7.
I was not involved with this project at that time, it just is what it is. The simplest solution is to backup your Domoticz DB, uninstall and reinstall.

Re: domoticz in synology as package! Available now.
@Decipher
That did the trick.
Had a small issue installing. An error popped up, stating that port 8084 was already in use. I first tried re-installing the "official" package. However, that gave the same error!
A reboot solved this. I now have version 2276 running (without Z-wave support) and Synology claiming an update is available (version 2246)
Reloading the database was a breeze!
No longer confused
Thanks!

Hi,jorik wrote:You can access the Domoticz website from the App overview or the Package Center. The Domoticz package uses port 8084, all spksrc packages have specific ports to prevent conflicts:

Thank you for this great job.
I just have a question : Domoticz permit to share devices between 2 domoticz remote server.
http://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Setting_up_Device_sharing
But it needs a specific port (6144 by default) that it not seems to be open in spk package.
Is there a way to use remote domoticz server sharing?

Maybe you have to adjust the synology firewall settings? I think by default it will block non-standard or non-program ports.
