Perhaps better to contact RFXCOM?
Is it related to Domoticz 2025.1? Did it work in Domoticz 2024.7?

additional information
after deeper test, the pt2262 work alone.
I would like to have the possibility to modify the icon however this protocle do not allow it.
therefore I created a dummy switch and I add as a slave the pt2262.
and with this configuration the RFXCOM down always.

Yes, you are causing an endless loop!
I am unable to read your screenshots, but it is a normal on/off switch?
Could you show a screenshot of the device overview where I can see the type/subtype of the switch? (Or please write it here)
Maybe best to open a Github issue for this, please mention a link to this forum post
