Problem Zigbee motion sensor

Post by Bospieper »

Hello, I recently purchased two new Lidl smart motion sensors to replace old sensors. The problem is that both sensors are connected to the Zigbee network, but something goes wrong somewhere between Zigbee and Domoticz. I've added a few screenshots.
The first one is showing a screenshot from the MQTT Explorer where you can see that ther is a difference between the Klkmrsensor and for example the Zolder sensor'

The second screenshot shows the values of the Zoldersensor. The values at Klkmrsensor are not displayed
The last screenshot shows the state of connection in the Zigbee network

Did you remove and add the sensor again?
B.t.w. the voltage of 2900 is very low, almost empty.
Measure both batteries, they should be above 3 Volt.
Lithium new should be above 3.3 Volt.
Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.

Hello Kedi,
Before submit my problem to the forum I have removed and add both new sensors several times. The batteries are brand new and where included with the sensors. The strange thing is that I have several the same sensors and they are all working fine.
