Import data from tasmota into domoticz

Post by BartSr »

Hi, I am having a number of powerplugs flashed with tasmota. Important data is sent to Domoticz via MQTT. That is OK. But Tasnota generates more interesting data. See down below. Now I wonder what is syntax to sent data such as e.g. cos.phi which below is named "factor".
Any suggestion? May feelings tell me to use rules but realy don't know how to.
Thanks
Bart

How do you connect your tasmota devices now with Domoticz? You could try to extend that functionality.
Else you could try Tasmota rules and have it send a proper Domoticz/in MQTT message or a Domoticz http(s) API call. Examples are in the tasmota documentation (search for domoticz). You perhaps have to manually make a Domoticz virtual sensor to receive the data.

Or if using MQTT you could use the MQTTMapper python plugin to map MQTT message to Domoticz device: viewtopic.php?t=39279
Domoticz running on Udoo X86 (on Ubuntu)
Devices/plugins: ZigbeeforDomoticz (with Xiaomi, Ikea, Tuya devices), Nefit Easy, Midea Airco, Omnik Solar, Goodwe Solar
