Eufy Doorbell
I have now installed a Eufy video doorbell, it's battery powered, this means that the use case I'm looking at is to monitor "low battery". Perhaps also receive alarms and video streams.
The system can interface to Alexa and similar systems and run WiFi, this means that there must be an API. Do their exist an interface to Domoticz.

Hi, @Kurtsjer,
1.
Please edit your topic title (Eufy instead of Euft), as others will not recognize the product/question.
2.
As you are looking for an API, I wonder whether you have used Google already.
See: http://community.anker.com/t/open-api/70397
Or in this forum: viewtopic.php?t=33241
Regards

Re: Euft Doorbell
I am considering buying a Eufy doorbell, and later add some camera's.
So for now, just the doorbell.
What I would really like to do, is pick up the fact that the doorbell rang in Domoticz, so I can take further actions. Nothing elaborate, just the "ring" .
I have looked in this forum and on the internet using Google, and also looked at the links mentioned above. All solutions that I see are overkill for what I am looking for.
Is there any way of doing this in a quick and simple way? What if I add the extra buzzer, can I somehow pick up that signal?
So for now, just the doorbell.

I see the Eufy doorbell in Homebridge, but can't figure out how to receive that in domoticz.

No, I have not been able to pick up the signal. I use RFLink 433 MHz, does not show any signal. Also have a Conbee2, but that's only Zigbee and I don't think Eury uses that. So what do you see in Homebridge?Egregius wrote: ↑Monday 13 March 2023 11:58Did you find anything in the end?manjh wrote: ↑Friday 19 November 2021 22:23 I am considering buying a Eufy doorbell, and later add some camera's.

Re: Euft Doorbell
Well I see all the devices:
I can create an automation in Apple Home to turn on the light when motion is detected. I receive a notification from the home app when the doorbell is pressed. But I can't figure out how to have that doorbell press in domoticz.

I am not familiar with Homebridge, but from what I can see I need to get into that. Perhaps use a spare R-Pi to play around with.Egregius wrote: ↑Monday 13 March 2023 12:32 Well I see all the devices:

But from what I understand, I would be looking for MQTT to communicate with Domoticz.

Re: Eufy Doorbell
Guess there's some miscommunication here. Homebridge <> Domoticz is operational. I can switch lights with siri and with the Home app from Apple. Hince, it's there that I made the automation to switch on the front light when motion is detected at the doorbell camera. It's just the doorbell that I can't seem to do anything with.

Re: Eufy Doorbell
Ah. Well, I can't answer that at the moment. I have started to set up a spare Pi-3B to host HomeBridge, as soon as I am up to speed I will check.Egregius wrote: ↑Monday 13 March 2023 14:41 Guess there's some miscommunication here. Homebridge Eufy Security homebridge-eufy-security v2.1.4
Search for Eufy, it's the only verified one.

Re: Eufy Doorbell
Got it. It seems to be running OK now. But how do I get Homebridge to display the widgets as you showed?

Re: Eufy Doorbell
Whoohoo, eventually, after hours and hours of trial and error I got it working in Homeassistant. HA pushes the doorbell to Domoticz.
