2023.1 User tab and timer problems

Running 2023.1 on RPI.
Using Dz for years, updated to 2023.1 three days ago.
Found User tab, but it disappered? Mistake from me?

I am using timer function for some devices like controlling a fan and a couple of lights, that stopped working after the update.
I am currently at the summer house ( in the middle of a forest) and will go back home in a few days, need the timer function. Fan helps circulate hous warming.
Any ideas?

First clear your browser cache.
User menu is found under Setup
Check the security settings in menu Setup - Settings, Tab Security. Switch on Authorisation for HTTP and check the trusted network IP's

Cache cleared.
My mistake, found User tab. Running trusted local networks
Under User I have admin defined.
Under User I have Set Devices, did not find explanation in wiki. Should devices be on left or right side?
Need guidance, thank you.
