From a security point off view, you want regular fixes, nobody likes backdoors through which cryptopockers are distributed, so keep installing (security) fixes is always necessarySigveM wrote: ↑Friday 04 June 2021 14:37 MyDomoticz finally works again!!! Successfully tested on PC running Chrome and on Android phone today. All is good
4 1/2 months without MyDomoticz remote access has actually been quite a nerve-racking experience, not being able to regularly monitor the automated heating during the winter months. Luckily it's worked out OK, with the local instance of Domoticz having done its job. But it sure is nice to finally be able to monitor the behavior remotely again.
Whoever managed to make it work again - thank you so much. And please - if it ain't broke then don't fix it
BTW - I am still running Domoticz version 2020.2 as I understand from various posts on this forum that version 2021.1, build 13191, still has several issues.

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
It is in this situation for several months now. No reaction from the developer yet so for the time being unfortunately useless.
It is a pity because it was a nice solution.

Just adding you can easily make your own like I did: viewtopic.php?f=47&t=37305
You can of course open the port on your router and forward to the Domoticz SSL port as well.

Re: MyDomoticz revisited
Where is the code for myDomoticz, I'm interested to support it and eventually hosting for free if it can run on my servers.
It is very usefull for standard users without ability to open port in their router.
Thanks
