errors with zigate

Post by geertvercamer »

Hi,

since yesterday, I get errors with the zigate plugin version 4.11.017, firmware 031a (tried to upgrade the firmware before, but I didn't succeed)
AFAIK, all zigbee stuff is available, works fine, detects open/close, ...

Log file attached (added .txt for the upload)

How can I find out what sensor is behaving badly?
Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks.

Kind regards,

Geert

SO if I'm not mistaken you are now on firmware 31c

Looks like the ShortId of the device causing this timeout is: f3f2

You can eventually go to the Web UI
--> Management
---> Device Management and search for f3f2

that's right, pipiche, 31c. (Must be clumsy me, but I never managed to update)

The device has been installed over a month ago, it is a light switch: Zigate - lumi.switch.b1lacn02_Voltage-00158d0005c14e51-01 Bathroom Lights
It does work, though.
I made a script that when the bathroom door opens, the lights toggle (on <-> off), working ok although it takes the switch sometimes 3 seconds or more to react. Domoticz receives the door sensor info almost instantly and sends the command straight away, but it takes a while before the switch reacts.

Besides the delay, any idea on what I can try to solve the problem?

I also see this a lot in the log: Proxy: Error, reconnecting (Connection timed out)
I don't think this has anything to do with ZiGate, does it?
