SOLVE - Osram bulb - Error has device seems not to be created

Hello,

I have an osram bulb that was still working fine a few months ago. But now she is no longer seen.
I tried removing it and pairing it again. But now the pairing no longer works.

I have the following error in the logs:

could you please provide the logs and not only the single error line. It is important to get the context .
I suspect some inconsistent between Domoticz database and Plugin database.

Do a restart of the plugin and check the log from start (please attach them here ).

You can also check the Plugin Web admin page ( Device Management list), try to see if you can find '7cb03eaa0a03c25c' in case you find it and there is a Trash icon on the left side, do press in order to remove it.

After that , try to re-pair your Bulb

Is "Accepting New Hardware" in Domoticz enabled ? You must do that in order for the plugin to create devices in Domoticz

Yes. I allow during 5 minutes when i add a device ( in paramètre -> système -> matériel / dispositif )

The message "Device creation failed, Domoticz settings prevent accepting new devices." seems to indicate something different.

Hello,

It was fine, but with a little mystery.
Instead of allowing 5 minutes, I allowed permanent all night. During the night the bulb was extinguished. This morning the buld was turned on but without any attempt to pairing. A this moment, the bulb have finish the pairing.
Now all it's ok.

For the futur, i will use only the "permanent allow add new device".
