Fibaro FGS 224 - Not in OpenZwave

Hello everyone,

Just bought two new Fibaro Smart Relay FGS 224 and they are not recognized in Domoticz (Hardware then OpenZWave).

The FGS 224 is the first double relay working in 24v on top of 110-230v which is practical in some cases.

Can I just copy the FGS 223 files in the manufacturer folder of Domoticz into 224 ?
The unknow code is : Unknown: id=010f Unknown: type=0204, id=1000

Or is the Beta version working well ?
I usually avoid Beta as last time I got a big crash with it...

You could always try the Beta version - make a Backup of the complete Domoticz folder, install Beta and test it - if it still does not work, you could always return to the Backup version.

But, I checked the Zwave Config in Domoticz and the 224 is not present yet. Also in the Open Zwave code, used in Domoticz, the 224 is not present yet.

So, in some way of another you have to make the correct files, integrate it into Domoticz and use the FGS224 this way, or wait until it is available.

I did received today two FGS-223 until someone add the configuration file in OpenZwave.

Unfortunately I cannot tell if it works properly because I do not have a FGS224 in my configuration.
I just got that file downloaded when restarting domoticz.

Hello,
I just included a fgs 224 module in domoticz.
In order for it to be recognized, I integrated the last config file from the openzwave github (https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave) to home \ pi \ domoticz replacing the old config file then made a domoticz restart.
I also modified the fgs224.xml file from config \ fibaro in order to add the missing parameter 151 (???) to it (by copying the 150 and changing the index to 151)
Now the fgs 224 is well recognized (all the parameters are accessible and modifiable)
But the fgs 224 only seems to work on an impulse, anyone have an idea to switch the operation to bistable switch ?

Has anyone the 214 single switch working. I don't find it in open z-wave conifg.
