Next update: I have multiple of these switches (of various dates and versions) all of type E1743. With one switch, everything gets updated without any issues, with another, nothing gets updated in domoticz although the lights can be controlled fine...
Hi!
The remote is updating in domoticz once I press the button. The thing is that domoticz has created two devices only for the remote...
The first one is created when I firstly bind the remote with domoticz, and the second one when I create the group into z2m plugin...
If I press the button on the remote the device who is updated is the first one and if I do it on domoticz I have to use the second one.
Doing a little more testing, it turns out that the issue is with any (type, version) remote, when switching lights through a group binding.
When using a remote to switch lights in the group, the light's status will not update in domoticz.
I tried the same with an IKEA plug. The plug DOES change state in domoticz so the issue only exists with lights. With a plug and a light in a group, only the plug changes state but not the light...

Found the fix: setting report: true in advanced section of z2m configuration.yaml fixes it! All devices now report perfectly!

I am struggeling to unbind the Ikea remote from its default group. Has to do with my lack of experience with mqtt. I am using MQTT Explorer to look at the mqtt communication.
What must be the proper syntax to sent an unbind message?
The remote is registered in the zigbee network, i can check the status with Domoticz. But adding the remote to a group is not succesfull yet.
Help is appreciated,

In my experience, this is best done from the web interface from zigbee2mqtt.

I have done it the Ikea way, because remote and bulb are from Ikea.
The resulting binding came back in zigbee2mqtt GUI.
Unbinding can be done easy in the zigbee2mqtt GUI but also easy with a mqtt message.
