Not sure what or which project should be concerned ?
If that is realated to Zigate and the plugin , I tried to explain what should be the approach here ( https://github.com/pipiche38/Domoticz-Z ... -device.md )

In case it is for other gateway, might be better to put in the subject the Gateway.

Thank you for the information. I would like the integration for Zigate / Domoticz.

What do you expect:
I expect an switch in Domoticz which is turned on when smoke is detected.
I expect an switch which i can toggle to enable the sirene on the smokedetector.

Is the smoke detection works ? Does it switch on the Door widget ?

Hi Pipiche,

I would love to test, but i find it difficult to create smoke in an house with young kids.
I hope i can get something done tomorrow and will come back to you.

What about the sirene function? I was hoping to use this for building an alarm system.

is there any way to check that is functioning. What is the purpose of the button ?
From what I saw on the export you sent me it did create
- 1 door widget
- 1 sirene widget

Did you try the Sirene widget ?

Dont' worry , you made my day.

Anyway, I'll do a change in the code, so next time it will create a Smoke widget and not a Door
