Sonoff Touch T1 EU 3 Channel, physical button not working

Post by FabianHD »

Hello,

I am having some issues with my Sonoff Touch T1 EU 3 Channel and was wondering if someone would find the issue.

My setup:
Hardware:
1x Sonoff Touch T1 EU 3 Channel
1x Sonoff Touch T1 EU 1 Channel

All a running Tasmota 8.4.0 with MQTT

I have not setup a light connected to channel 1 of the 3 Channel Touch and directly to the 1 Channel.

When I toggle the switch in the domoticz everything works perfectly, also when I toggle it via the webbrowser.
Only when touching the physical button on the 3 channel, it turns on the relay but does not turn on the light.

I have a similar setup with Channel 2 and 3 of the 3 Channel Touch and there is works perfetly fine.

Does anyone has any idea what the issue could be?
I also tried re-flashing both devices and giving new IdX numbers, without any success.

Hi,
I had issues with all my sonoff stuff and MQTT.
Finaly it was my accesspoint that was buggy. But while searching for a solution I came across this site: https://eye-vision.homeip.net/sonoff-s20-in-domoticz/
It solved a lot of issues for me and is working fine with the T1 and T4 switches.

Hi,

@FabianHD

Did you check your "MQTT Client Gateway with LAN interface" setting "Prevent Loop"?
In your case this setting should be "False"
