Re: Weekly programming
Hi
I tried but I received a message to ask me to do it in angular instead of pure js.
So, I gave up.
And removing the odd & even mode, because there are timer plan, is absolutly not a good reason as nobody would manualy switch each week the timer plan.
If people ask me to develop this functionality to have a odd & even mode, that is for a good reason.

Re: Weekly programming
Sad! The GUI for scheduling is awful and so is Timer plan. Even more that nobody cared to edit the wiki about the timerplan functionality.
It was a much needed evolution, but I undestand your decision regarding changing programming language.
But i don't undestand why Gizmocuz absolutly wants us to rely on timerplan since it is not incompatible with the idea of an optional(!) two weeks scheduling.

Re: Weekly programming
Hi
I've updated the code because there is an issue with the "clear" method when using timerplan.
The clear button erases all timers on all timerplans.
With this latest version (1.4), it clears only timers from the current timerplan.

@salopette @Shasdo Any of you interested in creating an ad-hoc team to work together trying to make this nice contribution PR-able ?

Re: Weekly programming
Hi Salopette, what exactly do you mean by "only if Domoticz do not break!"
By the way, I've asked for volunteers on the french forum without success. It seems that we'll be only the two of us.

Re: Weekly programming
I mean that Domoticz will remain stable!
And it is not damaged, as if it goes offline, nothing works in the house!

Re: Weekly programming
Domoticz is not designed to work offline.
I sent a message about the useless appcache file which provides lot of trouble on updates and absolutely useless and deprecated.
Nothing is done to work offline on Domoticz.
And I don't understand why a javascript code could break Domoticz, at least, only UI bugs... no core breaks

Re: Weekly programming
With the 2022.2 version, a new version is available to show the Off "level" for selector switch device if the Off level is not hidden.
