I am looking for 220V floor heating thermostats that work with Domoticz (Z-wave, Wifi, Zigbee (hue compatible) or 433MHz (RFlink) are all options) and are affordable.
Requirements:
Provide current temperature value to Domoticz
Provide set target temperature value to Domoticz
Provide on/off state value to Domoticz
Target temperature can be set via Domoticz
Any and all recommendations welcome...

Re: 220V Floor heating thermostat recommendations
I use Z-Wave Plus HEAT-IT 2 thermostat for some months now. Works flawless. It reports all the values you mention. What some find missing is the room-temperature. It is not reported back, unles you install a small sensor on the thermostat yourself (cheap and easy). I do not miss this so far.
Domoticz beta, on Raspberry Pi 3B, Raspian Buster
Zwave, Zigate, RFlink etc.

Re: 220V Floor heating thermostat recommendations
I am using this over two years:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ef6tRinOQ4
I only switch from Wemos to Sonoff Basic, due to problems with powering more Wemoses with connected relays through UTP cable bus.
Last version sends room and floor temperature, heating status, power consumption and number of relay actions to Domoticz.
From Domoticz it receives setpoint value, mode of controll (floor, room or off ), HDO status and outdoor temperature, which can be used for equitherm regulation, if needed.
( but not implemented now )
Through setpoint timer is very easy implement weekly temperature timer function.
You can regulate room temperature with checking max allowed floor temperature or regulate floor temperature ( I am using this ).
I plan some display and buttons on thermostat, but I do need changes more often, so I am happy with settings by computer or Android mobile.
I have got double wall box, so sonoff fits easy to it.
Looks like this:
Shelly or Sonoff Mini can fit single wall box if needed.
All works independently from Domoticz.
Domoticz only sends data and receives values, but temperature regulation and max floor temperature control is done by Sonoff itself.
Rules and DZVents script are in discussion bellow video.
Important !!
I am using ESPeasy v2.0, version
Not mega - it handle my rules incorrectly.

I looked at that YouTube video before... I like the concept, but the WAF *requires* it has buttons and display...
