P1 Meter on PI4 not functional

Dear All,

I have a PI-4 with a smart meter USB cable for a smart meter with a P1 gate (make: Kaifa)
Everything connected with a USB 2.0 hub in between the Pi-4 and the smart meter cable (for solving the USB 2.0 issue)
On the Pi-4 a black USB port is used for this.
The hardware is defined as P1 smart meter USB.

The status log says: P1 smart meter worker started...

But no devices visible whatsoever and therefore no metering...

Can anybody help me out

Hi,

Did you tick the box "Accept new Hardware Devices" or did you allow Domoticz to read New Hardware/Devices for 5 minutes?
See setup ==> Settings
