Stop Venetian blinds

Post by mabo21 »

Hi,
i can not find a helping post in this forum and nothing with Google.

I use 2 Fibaro Roller Shutter 2 to controll my Venetian blinds. Up and down works without issues, only the stop do not work. I also tried to click a second time on open while it opens or the other way, but nothing works. In the past i have used both Roller Shutter with Fibaro HC Lite and it works great with stop function.

Please can somebody tell me if i have a wrong parameter configuration or what i am doing wrong?

Hi

Just try another switch type in the switch configuration.
I use "Blinds percentage inverted" and it works fine.

I have the same problem. Switch type with %level allows to set a level. But I haven't found something to stop the shutter in motion, especially in Lua.

Thanks Ernstl, but this does´nt work. I need a normal stop function. Twice clicking on open or close does nothing, also the stop button haves no function. Does nobody have an idea?

Same problem here, can't stop when open or close sunscreen.

I have the same issue. A "solution" is the one posted before: use the blinds with percentage. Open/close work fine and to stop the blinds you select any percentage and it stops. Anyway, for me at least with a qubino module. This is of course not really ideal, especially if eventually you want to use the percentage function for real

do you have MQTT available?

could you try to send a telegram like:

Code: Select all

{
 "command": "udevice",
 "idx" : <venetian ID>,
 "nvalue" : 2
}
while moving and see it it stops?
The most dangerous phrase in any language is:
"We always done this way"
