Rflink TX Timeout

Hello.

I have a real problem.

After an update, upgrade and install motion and motion eye (so where is the problem...), my rflink don't want to send any command by domoticz anymore.

If i try to send a command, domoticz tell me to verify hardware and log send me:
2019-01-22 13:21:50.802 Status: User: limabravo initiated a switch command (28/Buffet/Off)
2019-01-22 13:21:50.804 Status: RFLink Sending: 10;TriState;8222a4;10;OFF;
2019-01-22 13:21:55.000 Error: RFLink: TX time out...
I have rflink, rflink (disable) and an hard drive on my pi. And in my hardware i have this, and i don't know how to know wich serial must be use:

My arduino work on windows, on r48. I think it work on raspberry to because i see it on dmesg
