Does anyone have any suggestions for a temperature probe to monitor an aquarium?
Mine is cooled by fans which I have replaced with quiet ones, but that still make more noise than I would like. I can turn them off but then on hot days the tank gets too hot so what would be perfect is a 433 temperature probe (that goes in the water) to read the water temp and then an inline switch so I can get Domoticz to monitor the temp and then turn the fans on and off accordingly.
As the switches seem so cheap (not tried one yet though) I could put one on each of the fans and have them ramp up and down, but first things first, I need to be able to read the temp.
Any suggestions? Something like the one I use for the BBQ would seem to be good if it could be read by RFXCom.
