Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Hi Madgeni,
A little help please. I'm having a minor issue simular to my previous ones.
There is not a great solution for my Harmony Hub in Google Home because they don't support the dutch language yet. And if Google don't support it yet, Logitech won't either.
I've created a workarround using a slotion provided by Gordonb3 from this on GitHub: https://github.com/gordonb3/HarmonyHubControl/
It's working great and I've created about 14 TV channels that I can control in Controlicz. However..
If I start actvity 'turn on TV' all the seperate channels are also selected. Google responce as: 'Ok, turning on 15 things.
I'm not sure if I've created the right dummy switch, device type or whatever. On the other hand, I'm not sure if this is something that has to be handeld by Controlicz.
Can you advice?

It's still not available - getting "401 Unauthorized" - that username/password still not right.EdwinK wrote: ↑Friday 29 June 2018 12:55 Going to try that
Edit: Nope, didn't work. One time I got 'check username and password' (or something close), but other then that nothing. Might be a problem with the DDNS-servers, but I can't imagine both NO-IP and Duckdns having problems. Port 443 is open.

Have you grouped them in GH? Having a look, I can't see any reason why it's handling all of them together (the naming aren't similar)jpvaneijk wrote: ↑Friday 29 June 2018 13:53 Hi Madgeni,

Made a room in GH called Samsung. Put the channels in there. Link and unlink?Madgeni wrote:Have you grouped them in GH? Having a look, I can't see any reason why it's handling all of them together (the naming aren't similar)jpvaneijk wrote: ↑Friday 29 June 2018 13:53 Hi Madgeni,

you don't need to link/unlink - "Sync my devices" is fine

Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Hi Madgeni,
Synced my devices, they are all in a seperate room in GH. 'TV on' is still responding with 15 devices on.
In Domoticz the channels are also in a seperate room.
In Controlicz the 'Activities' of the Hub are shown as Lightning 2 (Type) and Switch (Google/Alexa). 3 other devices-commands I made (Mute, Stereo and Multi-stereo) are in the same virtual device in Domoticz but in a different room in GH (Domotica) These devices are not handeld with the command 'Turn on TV'. These commands show up in Controlicz as Device/Switch in (Type) and 'Light' (Google Alexa)
What can I do? Try to put the channels in the same room as Mute/Stereo? Reset the GH?

Try putting them in the same room as mute/stereo. Resetting won’t help, this seems to be gh trying to be helpful

Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Do I understand this right that to be able to use Controlicz with for example Google Home you give Controlicz full access to your home automation installation or is it only the parts you grant it to access?

All the things you put in your Google Home rooms.
It's great for non-supported functionalities (ie region-issues) in GH.

Hi - it doesn't need admin rights to Domoticz, and it's written so that you have to use https, and you can control which devices it can interact with (via both assigning devices to the User, but also those devices have to then be in a Room Plan in Domoticz).
Any data i store is encrypted at rest (And internally within Controlicz - in transit). I use OAUTH2 with Google/Alexa, so no credentials are passed there.

Hi,
I'm testing Controlicz with my my Amazon Echo dot. I can see several real devices in Controlicz but not a Dummy switch. Is there a way to configure it to make it visible in Controlicz ?

So if you would be not only a mad geni but also an evil one you should be able to control all devices that the user has put in this Room Plan connected to Controlicz?

Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Hello,
Just small question. I added Blinds Percentage control, when I say "Living room blinds 25 percent", I cannot see in Domotics exactly slider changes. Only status that it is every time Open. Is it a problem on Domoticz side or Controlicz?
Thank you.

Not easily - I don't easily have the ability to unencrypt your data, and your OAUTH2 tokens don't last longSpitfire wrote: ↑Monday 02 July 2018 0:23Thanks for the clarification Madgeni,Madgeni wrote: ↑Saturday 30 June 2018 17:10
