Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Hi,
I did some more tests with Controlicz and I'm very happy with it. Using Italian.
Only strange things I noticed:
1. blinds appear to be inverted. In domoticz they're set as "Blinds percentage" and icons (open/closed) are correct. In Controlicz/Google home they appear to be inverted, as I have to say "switch off the blinds" to open them and vice versa. I could invert them in Domoticz, but then I'd have the wrong icons in domoticz (open when they're really closed and so on). Any workaround available?
2. related to 1. --> In Italian we usually say "Open blinds" and "Close blinds" instead of "Switch on/off the blinds" (translated, of course). This does not work. I assume that this is a Google Home bug, and/or is due to Google Home thinking that my blinds are really switches.
Can you confirm this please?
Thanks,
mantoz

Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Hi all - the new Controlicz site is now live. The main addition is that it will now show your devices on your profile, importantly, it will tell you how Google/Alexa will see them.
More features to come - feedback welcome (and yes I know the Test is still not giving feedback!)

Awesome work on the new site!
Had to hack my own login by enterin in the browser console:
because my username doesn't include a @ warming I got.
New users all have a email address as login I suppose...
Now I see two of my devices as: 'Color Switch' where the 'Google/Alexa' column is empty. The devices where I mentioned earlier:
b.t.w. test connection doesn't give any result a.t.m. (although my connection is setup and working fine)

Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
Hello everyone, i'm trying to set it up.
Https from internet is ok. My account is registred on the portal, please could the admin confirm this? (search: **falsini@me***), i've added a "controlicz" user in my domo system and everything seams ok.
In my google home i add the Controlicz, ask for user/password and permission, i allow everything but after some seconds google assistant doesn't show any Controlicz device and neither in the portal i can see my devices.
Could someone help? Thank you very much, i love this project!

Is your Google Home app running as UK English? Can you do this via Google Assistant on your phone - i.e can you type it, as it's clearly not understanding what you've asked for.sincze wrote: ↑Friday 27 April 2018 11:20 Mmm

if the devices are showing in GH, then Controlicz itself is working and ready

It shows English but as you can see some part is in Dutch so that could be something. It seems to understand my voice and sentence.. And for the temperature part the error message is different.

The answer of google: "Sorry I don't understand'.
And it shows exactly the thing I asked. Totally clueless here.

Re: Controlicz - Domoticz to Google Home/Assistant integration
I will answer my own post .
What I did with the google home was.
- Press the mute/mic button until I had a full reset.
- After that I just reconfigured the google home with the google home app.
- Controlicz started to work instantly.
Seems the problem is solved. Just a little hint for future reference.
