Looking for an switch
Hello,
I want to replace more lightning-switches in my house, but the wife wants to simple push the (old) button.
Is there an switch which combines the classis switch and the domonticz control ?

Re: Looking for an switch
I don't have any experience with them, but from what I understood Qubino has Z-wave switches that can be built into regular switches.
Something like this: http://qubino.com/products/onoff-switches/
(these are on/off, there are also dimmer-versions of this product).
Perhaps other manufacturers also have these, but as I said: I have no experience with these.

These are 433mhz, if you have lots of 433mhz devices, their signals might overlap and signal is not going through, hence, button might not work everytime. 433mhz devices are good when you dont need it to work at once, like temperature measuring, humidity etc.gijsje wrote: ↑Saturday 10 February 2018 22:57 i use these and work great

Another backdraw is, that if you want to control them via domoticz, or app or something, they dont send confirmation about command succeed or not, therefore your domoticz might show lights are off, and they actually are not. Its a one way system.
But if you dont have too much 433mhz traffic, these do work fine
I myself have been trying to find similar, but z-wave. Have only found expencive ones and crappy like tkbhome :/

Or maybe this one: https://www.klikaanklikuit.nl/nl/acm-23 ... elaar.html
Re: Looking for an switch
That would work too, but from what I see it is exactly the same amount of installation work as the Qubino's, and you said you found those to be too difficult.
Re: Looking for an switch
? It was my first post in this thread, so I did not say I found those to be difficult.

Re: Looking for an switch
I think the wall-switches tontze suggested would be what you are looking for. They can be controlled by hand and by any other means of controlling KaKu (including Domoticz).

Re: Looking for an switch
the problem with 2 modules are the batteries.

Re: Looking for an switch
Any zwave (quibino, popp, ... ) build in modules will work. It might be a pain to build them into the wall, but the wife can operate them like normal switches. (as it always should be)
