Hi all,
I dont relate any of my zwave devices together (ie switch 1 = relay 1), so i dont know what groups do, or are for.
Should I ever change anything in them? Or Just leave them alone?
Below is my current setup, where I've got some devices that have good mesh, but keep 'bouncing' on after they've turned off...
Any advise is greatly appreciated
thanks

If you dont know what it is, or does. I would leave it alone for now.
This is a good read, http://www.vesternet.com/resources/tech ... sociations
You could for instance use association.
As an example, I use association on the lights in my bedroom, to turn off all lights when long press on a switch next to my bed.

Not quite sure what you mean by this. Could you elaborate, or give some examples?

Re: Zwave groups - why?
ok thanks
On my problem I used Blockly events to do things, such as:
At sunset turn on Scene A (this is about 5 lights)
At sunrise turn off Scene A.
The problem I keep facing on different lights is that within the Scene some of the switches will turn on (or off) when requested, but then a few seconds later will turn off (or back on). Which means instead of the event running and Scene A being off, I'm left with a mix.
This happens on a bunch of different devices, all with a reasonable mesh to other devices...
Really annoying, and it's lowering the WAF factor.

Re: Zwave groups - why?
Hi,
I'm using the groups in combination with my fibaro switches and remote wall switch (ZME_WALLC-S).
I have configured the remote wall switch to turn on some of the lights in my living room and if I double click on the switch all lights in the living room and kitchen switch off.
See attached picture with explaination how it works in my situation. Hope this helps.

Thanks all,
I played some with this after your reply and I've found that adding in a 5 second delay between the items in the group fixed the issue.
It seems that Domoticz may have issues sending to several devices at exactly the same time.
thanks
