Qubino ZMNHTDx Smart meter S4 S5 S6
I was unable to properly configure the device with domoticz.
I'm not sure the measurements are correct " But why do not any of the 5 counters you create have the REPORT button? Because I can not have incremental counters

Hello,
This module does not work well with OZW on the relay control side. On power counter side, they are work as... read only configuration parameters! Quite unusual, so domoticz does not handle them but if you have the latest module xml conf file, you can check them from OZW control panel.
See:
http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... rt#p136122
For relay hack:
http://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic ... rt#p136185
On relay side, at least Qubino support investigated the problem & sent a report to OZW: Another strange behavior from the module, only reporting current switch status after a long 7s delay that fools OZW:
https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/issues/1261
Regards.

Take care this module sometimes send some absurd measures: Recently I got a 20MW measure for electric power! Must have a nuclear plant in my garden to be able to reach such figures...dotbeppe wrote: I'm not sure the measurements are correct
You then have to remove these points manually from domoticz graphs (shift+clic the point), otherwise all other points will appear flat because of auto-scale...

I have to wait for a firmware update or OZW config?
Nobody knows how to have an incremental counter...

You can update your OZW config xml file without updating Domoticz/OZW: New one replace old in domoticz/config... path and you restart domoticz.dotbeppe wrote:I have to wait for a firmware update or OZW config?

But it's to be able to read (only from OZW panel) module integrated counters.
Building an incremental counter from measures stored by domoticz in it's database and used for graphs would lack precision due to slow sampling rate over the radio interface compared to module internal one.

I do not understand why consumption is read in negative. ???
With the symbol --- before the number, I can not create events or counters

Hello,
after more than 1 year, I think that I will throw away this unusable module and I will search for something that is working finally fine. I'm really tired on waiting a response from the domoticz or Qubino support, probably they are not interested on the use of this one with the platform.

On my side, at least, measurements have always been OK. The relay control is the real buggy thing.mazgon wrote: ↑Saturday 30 September 2017 8:47 after more than 1 year, I think that I will throw away this unusable module and I will search for something that is working finally fine. My version info (in OZW control panel/Information):
-Library version : 3
-Protocol version : 5.04
-Application version : 6.05
Qubino support answered, very late, and opened an OZW ticket... I agree this is not the right answer as the long update delay for relay state is IMO their fault.
A seller recently told me they have too much new firmware versions causing interoperability problems for this brand: They already stopped selling some devices because just too many were sent back by customers...
It's a pity because modules are well build, I have 8 heater control ones that work just well + they have some references able to be powered in 220V AC (useful to include them close to the domoticz host) and 24V DC (used by garage doors etc...) that can be used easily were competitors cannot.
But the software/firmware side is not always on par with the hardware build.

Re: Qubino ZMNHTDx Smart meter S4 S5 S6
I bought it only for the measurement functions and I never get the right information in Domoticz, different than the ozw panel, that has the right ones. The second issue, connected to the first one, I'm not able to get the incremental data.... so as I wrote in my previous post, for my needs, completely unusable, probably due to my low skill level, but unusable....lost wrote: ↑Saturday 30 September 2017 10:08On my side, at least, measurements have always been OK. Re: Qubino ZMNHTDx Smart meter S4 S5 S6
Really strange to have different info from OZW panel & Domoticz: There must be a mismatch somewhere, it can happen sometimes when doing several re-inclusion.mazgon wrote: ↑Saturday 30 September 2017 14:51 I bought it only for the measurement functions and I never get the right information in Domoticz, different than the ozw panel, that has the right ones. Check valid node-idx from hardware tab->z-wave controller->nodes.
Then go back in devices tab and check the hardware attached to your measures, should have the node idx included in its ID (all IDXes for z-wave devices in this list are under controller one).
As node idx is incremented at each inclusion, check your measure device is not attached from a previous one. If so, remove these rogue devices from a previous inclusion manually...
On my side never got much issues with KWh/power factor/I-V measures. Only one or 2 point in the TWh range I had to suppress manually last winter (all the measures draw were flat as it created a range issue in graphs until suppression of the bad point).
For the incremental data, I can only check it from OZW panel as Qubino send them as config parameters: I made the change for the OZW config file of this module & this is not the usual way to do so.
Still on v3.5877, so support may have changed indeed.
