Neo CoolCamlight switch: Unknown: type=0003, id=108b+
Hello fellow Domoticans,
I've this light switch from Neo Coolcam: http://www.szneo.com/en/products/show.php?id=196
It's a Z-wave Light Switch (EU-2) and I can add it in Domoticz. It has the ID 0x108b and type 0x0003 but the description is Neo CoolCam Unknown: type=0003, id=108b+. The switch functions work also in Domoticz V3.8441. But in my device overview I got 3 devices (switches). It looks like the first and second one are the same (when toggle them, I see the same button change) and the third is the other one. Does someone have the same switch and knows what's the difference is in the first 2 devices in Domoticz?

Solution: exclude it from your network, then include it again. Domoticz should recognize it then (I don't remember if it's in the latest stable, but pretty sure latest beta contains it).
Regarding the 3 switch thing: it's correct, there will be 3 switches where 2 are the same. Don't know why, but doesn't care I simply added the two correct switches and deleted the 3rd one.

Thanks! Didn't know I have to exclude and include it again, but makes sense.
It did fix it!

First, Start the exclusion with your z-wave device (you can do this from Domoticz's openzwave tab). As far as I remember, you have to press one of the switches for at least 10 seconds, the led will flash red once it's finished - also you can see at domoticz that the device was removed.

Hi
Removing via Domoticz's openzwave tab and adding via Domoticz doesn't seem to work for me. The device is recognised and 3 switches are created, however no possebility to config the settings.
After reboot, my zwcfg_0xXXXXXXX.xls has an added neo device, but also here the name is "Unknown: type=0003, id=108b+"
I have to mention my Domo version is 3.8153 (latest prod) and I copied the ls02ch.xml manually from the github to <domo root>/Config/shenzen_neo.
I use a aeotec zwave gen5 usb stick.
Should I do other things. (I'll like to stay on the latest prod version and not go to the beta).
Regards
Johan.

I use this switch, but time to time domoticz don't update light state that was changed manually. What can be a problem?

Re: Neo CoolCamlight switch: Unknown: type=0003, id=108b+
Solution found.
the openzwave xmls are not completely up to date.
i found that adding one line in the manufacturer_specific.xml did the trick.
<Product type="0003" id="108d" name="Battery Powered PIR Sensor" config="shenzen_neo/nas-pd01z.xml"/>
And then excluded and include again. Now I am able to set parameters
