Thx as usual wait to be sure that the gateway broadcast data from this device before spending money.

Those new device looks to be the same as another HA solution who will arrive at the end of year

What do you use the pressure measurement in the new temperature sensors for?

Bought them with a per-sales and they deliver just fine. Took about 3 weeks.

Hi.
Since three days I'm not able to perform a new installation of the Xiaomy Gateway running on a Raspberry Pi.
It was running previously (before the two last updates) but since I downloaded V3.8003 and 8005, no way to reinstall the gateway.
The browser has been cleaned but I definitly don't have access to the gateway parameters (name, IP @, port...), only what is below.

Did anyone already face this situation?
Thanks for support ;)

I've just updated my dev copy, had issues at first after trying to clear the browser cache. Clearing it again resulted in this:

So it could be your cache hasn't fully cleared
Question about the Xiaomi Gateway in Domoticz? Please check the Wiki first: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Xiaomi_Gateway_(Aqara)

Hi Corbin.
Thanks for your support.
Sometime I really do not understand how it works :( .
I cleaned again by the same way the browser cache and performed Ctrl+F5 to be sure.
Now it works perfectly, gateway added. :P :P :P .
Have a nice WE.

So I went ahead and ordered one of these. It was only $10au more than the old body sensor so I thought I'd give it a go. Hopefully it works with the xiaomi plugin, at least the movement sensor for now, until the light sensor is implemented.

Has anyone got one of these and tested it yet?

As we wrote before, we need to wait and pray if xiaomi fix it on gateway because this is problem of Aqara series sensors/switches.

I think its because its not integrated in Domotics, because the Switches without Zero Line are fine. The Zero Line Switch is working with homebridge plugin https://github.com/YinHangCode/homebridge-mi-aqara

Try Lua or Blocky ;)

this is example with Lua, really powerfull!

Code: Select all

commandArray = {}
   if devicechanged['buttonswitch'] == 'Double Click' then
      if otherdevices['wallplug'] == 'Off' then
         commandArray['wallplug'] = 'On'
      else
         commandArray['wallplug'] = 'Off'
      end
   end
return commandArray

Anyone compiled corbins github version of domoticz recently? - I tried to update last night and after compiling I get 'Segmentation Fault' when trying to run domoticz.

I've re-cloned to a fresh folder and re-compiled, but same issue.. (rPi 2)
