I look nice but not sure iff it will work with the Gateway off Xiaomi. There is not mention off it.

If you made some search on FCC website you will find a vibration sensor to put on a door.
All of them looks to be zigbee compatible, now wait and see.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Hi guys
I'm having some serious issues regarding the range between the hub and the motion detector. In my current setup they are about 6m away from each other and it's working perfectly. I've tried to move the sensor 5 meter above (total 10m +-) and the it works every now and then. Since it's not stable, it's not an option for me.
So I'm trying to understand how far away are the xiaomi devices on your setups, afaik the switch and the door sensor work a little bit better but still won't be enough for one hub to cover an entire apartment.
I'm not having good experiences when it comes to use the xiaomi plug as repeater as well..

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
After the latest upate v3.7412 my MP3 gateway doesn't respond anymore. I can trigger a doorbell or alarm bell but the mid value script to trigger your own mp3's don't work anymore. Does anybody have the same issues after updating?
Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Hi everyone, i am new to Domoticz and to the forum, sorry if the questions has been answered.
recently i discovered domoticz and i was very excited to add it to my Xiaomi smart home set up , but it looks like my gateway isn't compatible (first gen)?
so i hoped on to gearbest to got a new gateway + some more sensors....
i see some of the new sensors come with Aqara interface, so i am a little confused.
what is the difference between the 2?
I am assuming that will be the gateway i will have to buy http://www.gearbest.com/living-applianc ... 16094.html for aqera?
and most importantly which one is supported by Domoticz?
Thanks,
Bar1

I am waiting for this to operate my air conditioning system.
Will it be compatible in Domoticz?

The IR isn't compatible yet. Not sure if it's zigbee? This thread is only for the gateway and its zigbee compatible accessories

As fr as I know, there is only one version of the smart home hub and that works totaly fine with domoticz. So you probably did something wrong.bar1 wrote:Hi everyone, i am new to Domoticz and to the forum, sorry if the questions has been answered.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Hi all. New to Domoticz and xiaomi smart home products. I own the gateway set and the socket with USB port. I'm exploring if this socket or the gateway unit can be programmed to monitor my internet connection such that I can work out a sequence to reset my modem whenever the socket or any components of this system detects that the internet connection is down. I'm referencing this to a product called the ResetPlug / Konke plug which is available in the US. Appreciate the advice to get this working.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Hi,
I did lost all the sound capability with the last udpdate I made (rev 3.7421). It was working well until then.
Cannot play the sound of the ring door or the alarm. Is it a known issue?
Edit : It seems that the RGB light does nto respond anymore too.
However no issue on sensor.

Just move to the new version 3.7449 but it did not solve the issue of RGB and sound.
