Itead Sonoff 2.4ghz wi-fi wall switch compatibility ?

Hi all !

Tried using search, but no hits. Has anyone tried these :

Looks nice and are affordable, but i wonder do these work out of the box ? As far as i have understood, they dont need different controller, can be controlled directly from mobile phone for example.

Found some information about the switch :

"It's an ESP8266 based, PSF-A85 mounted on a small board that has 4 pin header labeled 3.3v, GND, and Relay (4th pin unused). In addition to the ESP module, there's a touch sensor chip (label scrapped off). The larger board has power and relay"
