SolarEdge web API, nothing happens when 'add' is pressed

Post by JuanElCapitano »

I installed the latest version of domoticz (3.6882) and try to add my SolarEdge via web api. However when I enter the API key, give it a name and press add nothing happens. I don't see anything happening in the log file.
I succesfully evaluated the API key using the url: https://monitoringapi.solaredge.com/equ ... OUR_APIKEY
Adding other hardware does work.

Is it dark with you now?

The devices will only update when your inverter is powered up, i.e. during day time.

So I think you might find it all appears tomorrow morning.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately nothing happens during 'Energy Production' as well when I press the add button in the Setup> Hardware page. The list of hardware is refreshed, but the inverter is not added.

Sorry, my fault.
The solaredge class has been rewritten this week, we support multiple sites and only the API key is needed now.
If you update to beta #6935 or higher, you can add/edit/delete the hardware now
