Hi, I'm new to zwave and Domoticz, and I have a conceptual question;
I have a wall-plug, and I can associate it with Domoticz (via USB zwave stick), OR with the nodon switch.
I cannot associate the two to operate the same wall-plug. I'd like to be able to control the wall-plug from domoticz via the USB zwave stick and using the nodon switch.
What the best way to achieve this? In zwave terms, what's this called?
And, oh yea, I'd like to be able to control the switch also when Domoticz is down.
Thnx in advance!

Include both in Domoticz. Set the nodon as a slave device of the plug and it'll trigger it automagically.

if both device are ZWave, I think you can associate master/slave in the zWave Device control panel (under Hardware)Lectere wrote:, I'd like to be able to control the switch also when Domoticz is down.
if domoticz is down the zWave network can still operate, but you need to have the zWave stick poeered

I did a Blockly script, to let switch1 control switch3. they are both zwave switches, Fibaro relay something.

Thanks very much for all your responses, but I really need a solution that is also working when my Pi+Controller is down.
@Egregius do I need to put the NodOn in gateway mode?

Hi Lectere
You can do this easily by groups, at least if your modules support this.
I have the fibaro double switch and wall plug, sw2 triggers on/off the wall plug and it does this without the need for a controller (after configuration obvious)
slaapkamer = double switch > Group 2 (=sw2 for this device), add device '3'
sterren = wall plug
