Due to a re-installation I've added a new sensor (with a new IDX) for my Solar panels. Is it possible to link the old data to the new sensor based on the IDX?

Can anybody please help me? I'm a newbie and have a raspberry pi. I managed to read the data out of my Omnik Solar inverter (with python script from wouterr), made virtual devices in Domoticz, but how do I get the Omnik data into Domoticz?
