It's a problem of app? a problem of Domoticz?

I am on windows and I have try mosquitto but mosquitto do not accept websocket!

Hi I have a FGS221 module.
I try to associate it to a Aeonlabs zwave key but after a ot of trila it’s not possible.
I have reset the module and try to associate by using the B key……….
My module is version 2.1
