Did you check using English names? I have been using Smart Nora since the first alpha release and never had such problems.

I've done a Node-Red flow named Domoticz to Domoticz. You can adapt it to you. Is available on the node Red site.

Almost cried trying using Espeasy with PZEMs. So I decided to use Tasmota and Nodered Getting data by MQTT splitting parsing and sending to Domoticz

Just parse your data using Node-Red or Python and send to dummy sensor.

Perhaps you have an internet access without public IP. So you have a few ways to get direct access to domoticz web panel:
Buy a external VPN service and create VPN connection. For example: NordVPN
Use Zerotier

I don't think so except losing some uncollected data during needed time to restart.
But better way to use API as a watchdog.

Check your Domoticz logs and Tasmota console log.
I suspect problems with retained messages.
Keep your mqtt topic name different for each device.
Disable LWT messages if you don't need it and make sure your wi-fi connection is stable.

I had problems with master - slave communication between Domoticz instances so I made workaround using MQTT and Node-Red . Example flow with my solution is released on node red flow named Domoticz to Domoticz.

Do you have other PIR sensors? And their status change is correct? Are these sensors connected in 2EOL to the mainboard or INT-E? Or maybe you use it with wireless expander such as ACX-220? Did you tried turn off Satel Integra hardware in Domoticz and let start rescan your whole system again? The ...
