I'm very interested too! Just wasted a lot of time by a broken SD card.
Would it be an option to use the lower database version again? The suggestion to control it from Domotics is also clever as the domoticz.sh always 'forgets' ramdisk settings at upgrades.

OK. I did that too but nothing happened, on screen or on the green wave.

Re: Nuon \ Greenwave Smart plug - Alarm Level
I can't find the revive button/option/menu in OZWCP. Where to look or has it a different name? Ok, where can I find that?
I'm not sure if it works or not in OZWCP, I am not at home there...

Re: Nuon \ Greenwave Smart plug - Alarm Level
Yes I'd like to see that. I only have little knowledge of PHP. There are lots of examples on the Domoticz wiki, but not how to start them. I'm affraid there is one catch: if openzwave has listed a timeout, the switch command probably never will be executed. The polling / reading power useage should ...

Re: Nuon \ Greenwave Smart plug - Alarm Level
Thanks, that is a good detection. And then now for the 1M€ question: what will be the command? Enabling and disabling the debug logging on the Aeon S2 stick will restart OpenZwave and revives the greenwave. But I'm looking for a smoother command because te Zwave restart makes my doorsensors b ...

Re: Nuon \ Greenwave Smart plug - Alarm Level
Marked as dead has nothing to do with the flashing led, except that it starts flashing after x minutes of no communications. You should figure out why it gets marked as dead, maybe something is causing interference. Try moving the greenwave or the zwave antenna. Correct, that's why I don't want it ...

Re: Nuon \ Greenwave Smart plug - Alarm Level
Polling is on. Probably this helps the device faster to be declared dead as it is detected more quickly. The issue is that when it is dead and the light flashes, the socket switching commands are not executed. I still think that it is possible to program a workaround. I'll keep digging, perhaps it ...

I don't know really, did not try that yet. I see the Control Panel is a powerful screen, capable of breaking many thingsEgregius wrote:

Re: Odd behaviour when power is lost for Z-Wave devices
By the way, the Greenwave is capable of more misery ... Socket 1 is not responding to on/off commands. It does report metering and it does switch on/off with the button on the device. The actual on/off status is not reported however, like socket 2-6. Issuing a switch command notes this in the ...

Re: Odd behaviour when power is lost for Z-Wave devices
Hi, I have the same issues, and wrote about that earlier. To me, the Greenwave appears as an unreliable device and on top of that, OpenZwave does not handle it properly. I totally agree that if a node is marked dead, it should be tested once in a while if it is back in the land of the living. The ...

Re: Script -Error - Returned: 256
Today I've been debugging this "feature" for the second time. First case, I ran a script with parameters, and one parameter was incorrect and the script wasn't too happy about that. The commandline showed that quickly. Today, another script was tested on commandline first and happily ran there, but ...

Re: OpenZwave and Greenwave
Interesting, that prooves my suspicion.... the devices gets confused by all those metering questions. I already lowered the polling rate to 2 minutes (total). Today the green light was blinking again. So I tested what other posters said: push the button and it connects again. The on- off- button ...

Re: OpenZwave and Greenwave
Any news? On the OZW forum there is silence. It reads to me as the OZW guys see the software is working as designed, I think they are missing a chance. So my thought is still that OZW is the weakest link in Domoticz. All we can do is create some creative workarounds. Does Gizmocuz have an creative ...

Re: OpenZwave and Greenwave
Yes polling is switched on, so I see correct meter values. It is unpredictable when it stops communicating, but is seems sure that it does (distance to controller now few meters and an active node in between.). It is visible in the OZW log, the powernode is declared dead after 3 retries, and then ...

OpenZwave and Greenwave
Hi, I am puzzling to get a Greenwave Powernode reliable running. Now it is in a distance of 5m from the Aeon S2 stick and in between in a few meters an Everspring powered plug. And still the communication drops and the Powernode starts flashing. Restarting Domoticz or rebooting Pi solves it for a ...

The ICS-1000 has an evil twin brother from CoCo, there the information and manual is in English:
