I flashed the beta which has resumed harmony functionality, thank god.
Does anyone know how to stop the hub auto updating? as I don't remember manually updating it which broke functionality in the first place.
Cheers.

Re: Harmony support, new hardware?
make sure you enabled 'accept new hardware devices' before adding the harmony, or enabled it, disable/enable the harmony hardware. Just added a new activity some days ago, forgot about it in domoticz, checked just now, and its already there Many thanks for your hard work (and @codeitaway) and this ...

Re: Harmony support, new hardware?
Confirmed. I am also still using the old method. It just works and I see no need to move to the new method. The old method is perfectly reliable but lacks the functionality to update domoticz if activity changes are initiated via the harmony remote.its not a big deal but it's a nice function. In ...

Re: Harmony support, new hardware?
I think i found the problem for the Pi problem. I have sent a patch to the admins of Domoticz so it can be included in an upcoming release. I would like to get some feedback once you've tried it. @CodeItAway - I've now got a similar problem on Windows. All worked fine but then I added an activity ...

Re: Harmony support, new hardware?
I'm running this on Windows but I do have to reboot the Harmony hub before any new activities appear in the Devices tab if I make changes. Try rebooting your Harmony Hub. Thanks for the tip, although it made no difference. I agree with your point about domoticz/harmony activities/devices....it's ...

On a general sidenote: Pressing 'Off' on an activity executes the 'PowerOff' activity. So you can use regular on/off switches.
Appreciate the hard work

Domoticz should update the switch when using the remote. Take a look at the wiki page again. There is a script that checked every 10 min for an active activity.
