Re: Domoticz-Google-Assistant (dzga)
I just can't even get this to run.... Installed it, trying to set a display name for invocation at the Actions Console and *everything* I try is restricted. My name contains a restricted word. sdhfgadsyufgafghadsgfdsl contains a restricted word. 12345 contains a restricted word. Every single ...

3: pi:pi is user/password for your pi. This is not true at all. That is username:group of the user that should access that directory, eg. the account under which Zigbee2MQTT is going to run. Maybe OP should use this guide for flashing? https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt.io/blob/master/docs ...

Re: Domoticz app 2.0
Beta user here. There's these little (i) thingies on every button now, if I click those, the app crashes. Not a clue what they're supposed to do, but for me they crash the app (and strangely enough, when I get the "Domoticz has stopped" and I click "Open the app again", the app does not open again).

Re: Motherboard sensors not showing
Yeah, for some reason the started showing up when I turned use_favorites off... And all of them are favorites. I'm confused, but it seems to work.

Motherboard sensors not showing
I have a column set up with most of the motherboard sensors in Domoticz (CPU, hdd space, those kind) but they are not showing up in Dashticz. The column remains empty. Edit: Was trying to add images, but the forum just removes all but 1 attachment. They show up at the bottom, but not when I edit ...

Re: Upgrading 3.8153 > latest fails horribly
Got it working. Kind of. The only problem.... Light/Swich Devices are not showing up in either the Dashboard or the Switches tab. They're empty. The Switches tab even tells me to add switches. They are added according to the Devices page. Removing and readding them makes no difference. Domoticz is ...

Upgrading 3.8153 > latest fails horribly
I've tried varies ways already. Simply doing a ./updatedomo fails with errors because of old Python references in CMakeCache.txt. Delete that file and run make manually and the compilation completes. However, Domoticz is unusable after. Empty dashboard (which turned out to be a caching issue, that ...

Re: Geofence for Domoticz
Doesn't work. But, the connection test option doesn't work either, it is always set to OFF. It does toggle the dummy off when it's on though, but it never switches to "Test connection (ON)". However, the geofence bit simply doesn't work. I'm using the domoticz app now, but that simply less reliable ...

Re: Geofence for Domoticz
Updated my OnePlus 3 to Android Oreo a few days... and Domofence stopped working.
I do get an error every reboot:
"Unknown Error: the Geofence service is not available now. 0"

Re: Geofence for Domoticz
Using this for a little while now since the geofence functionality in the Domoticz app was buggy. But I'm experiencing the same issues with domofence. The odd thing is, when I get near my home, it switches the dummy. Perfect. But when I'm at home... it regularly switches again. I regularly enter ...

Using ELRO AB400 remote to control events
Goodday all, Yesterday I built an rflink for use in Domoticz, for 1 specific purpose: to use the ELRO AB400 remote that's currently on our table to control events in Domoticz and to phase out the ELRO switches in favour of zwave switches. This since I can't find any zwave remotes that work for this ...

Re: Plex Status
Well, you want to log at least that you're not playing anything anymore. And if you don't want to repeat the values all the time, you'll have to check what the current value in domoticz is, which makes it a bit more complicated. The current script doesn't get any data from domoticz and to be honest ...

Re: Domoticz app 2.0
Bought the app for the geofence functionality, but it's proven somewhat unreliable. I use it to switch on the hallway lights when I get home and it's after sundown. So far, so good. It works, half of the time. What's kind of annoying is that the other half of the time, it doesn't work. But when I ...

Re: Dashticz - General Discussions
I think I'm missing something, since I doubt I'm the first one....
I want to make some "bookmark" buttons. Which is easy enough, except, the links open in one of thise iframes. I just want it to open the URL when I click on it, like a reguler link.

Re: Blockly examples
Well, I'll leave it as is for the moment since... it still turns the hallway lights on at sundown when we're already home. So your suggestion seems to have the exact same outcome as my own blockly :P Thought I really don't understand why it happened yet. Edit: Figured it out. Had an error in the ...

Hmm, you're right. I wonder why the light kept turning back on yesterday. <ight have to rename the dummy though, it's functionality isn't really matching it's use like this

Re: Blockly examples
That might tackle my current problem, but... doesn't this mean my light will never turn off again? After 5 minutes those conditions will still be true, so the light will immediately turn on again. I think I'd need yet another switch for this...

Re: Blockly examples
HallwayOn is a dummy switch to register if the light has been turned on before. Else the lights would just go off and on again after 5 minutes, since the conditions haven't changed. Lamp Hal is the fibaro switch that switches the physical lamp. SomeoneHome is a dummy switch that is turned on when ...

Re: Blockly examples
Morning folks... I'm having some issue with a blockly which does a bit more than needed. Situation is, I've got a dummy which tells if it's dark or not (IsDonker) and a dummy which tells if someone's home (SomeoneHome). What I want to accomplish is the hallway light turning on for 5 minutes when it ...
