Using ELRO AB400 remote to control events

Goodday all,

Yesterday I built an rflink for use in Domoticz, for 1 specific purpose: to use the ELRO AB400 remote that's currently on our table to control events in Domoticz and to phase out the ELRO switches in favour of zwave switches.

This since I can't find any zwave remotes that work for this. Or they have only a few buttons and work with multiple presses and/or can only be used to control scenes.

So, built the rflink, installed it and started pushing buttons on the remote. 4 devices appear and I can control them from within Domoticz. So far, so good. But not what my intentions are.

Made a blockly for the D button on the remote ("Remote D" in my case). If Remote D = On, group = On, elseif Remote D = Off, group = Off. As basic as it gets... and the first part works. If I push the On button on the remote, the group switches on. But, if I press the Off button on the remote, nothing happens. Doesn't seem to register.

Now I know this might not be how it's intended to be used... but I read somewhere this should be doable (but obviously I can't find where I read that....).

Anybody know how I can make something like this work?
