Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Same here with different Battery levels. Regarding Lux levels, yes but it is a very tiny sensor, 1mm and the ambient light is send to it indirectly through a tube. So it probably will be hard to get better results. I have a script that triggers a low light lower than 3 lux (and that is around 50lux ...

Re: What are good options for on-wall switches?
Have a look at the xiaomi smart Home products. Great prices, easy domoticz intergration and lots of sensors and off course switches. So, button wall switches in two versions round and square but also battery operated normal switches single of double. All very high quality and nice design. Basically ...

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Out of those, button 2nd gen and temperature sensor is what I don't have. Are all those devices working in Domoticz? Yes, although the temp 2 sensor generates separate devices and that is a bit of a problem for homebridge support. The baro is presented as general device with pressure as secondary ...

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
The Lux sensor values from the Xiaomi Gateway itself stops working after restarting my Pi. Then, after a few hours, it sometimes works again all of a sudden. Does anybody else have problems with the Lux value? And does the Lux sensor of the new Aqara motion sensor work yet? Gesendet von iPhone mit ...

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Yeah, never had good luck with the gateway lux sensor, the aqara lux in the new body sensor does work yes, it however only seems to update when triggered by motion. No problem for me because I use it for motion and lux controlled lighting. And it is not very sensitive, but still it does work. For ...

Re: Temperature + Humidity sensor......really so difficult?
The Xiaomi gateway and sensors are indeed a perfect match for domoticz, simple to install, working reliable and cheap.
The round one is temp and humidity, the square one is relative new and is temp, humidity and barometric pressure. It is already supported in domoticz so that is a good option

https://preview.ibb.co/hzMU35/screenshot_40.png [/url] can the problem be related to some kernel/system version or configuration ? Very likely it is your Raspberry Pi configuration. Nice addition indeed. If I understand well, you could use the gateway as a doorbell for instance? Keep up the good work :) Yes you can!!
