HELP ! how to add alecto ws 3500 ?

Hi all

I try to add my Alecto WS 3500 wether sensor but i dont know how
I use the RFXCOM E and the only thing i see is te temp sensor, but i also want to use the wind and rain sensor

Who can help me please
