Push Weather data from Arduino to RPi

Hi all, I have a fantastic weather station and via it's serial port, I capture all the weather data and display it on several displays in my home but wouldn't it be awesome if I could also use it in Domoticz!

But as a newbie to Domoticz and RPi, I wonder what is the best approach to get this data to the RPi?
Can it be done via ethernet, via the Arduino connected via USB to the RPi?

I have no clue, so any help in the right direction is appreciated!

Can you please describe your network? What weather station? Where is your weather station and your RPi?
I would guess that you will have to connect your station to Arduino + nrf24l01+ (Have a look at mysensors.org) and transfer data to the RPi with nrf24l01+
