Hi All,
I have two HomeEasy HE403EU Outdoor PIR's functioning properly with RFTRX433E (HE EU protocol) as long as I don't switch on the ByronSX protocol.
The ByronSX protocol I use for the (Action) SelectPlus doorbell.
I can't find anything about interference between those protocols in the RFX433 manual (table in chapter 2.4), so I can't see why it won't work.
Even stranger is that my HomeEasy HE303EU Indoor PIR sensor functions properly when ByronSX is enabled.
HE303EU and HE403EU share almost the same circuit board (303 has smaller antenna), so I reverted to put the PCB of a HE303EU into the casing of a HE304EU.
Anyone has this same problem ?

Re: HomeEasy PIR HE403 interference ByronSX
Hi,
no solution other than that I bought the RFIlink which has no problem detecting the HE403.
RFIlink has some disadvantages vs RFXcomm (no signal strength, no filtering of received protocols), but has a lower price and can handle more protocols.
Strange thing is that RFIlink received codes are totally different from the RFXcomm codes received from the same sender. I have not found a way to translate protocol codes.
