Event started but bell not ringing

Hope you can help me with this strange one. I've the following event defined:

And for completeness I've the following to switches which are coupled to a PiFace on my Raspberry

When the DoorBellRinger is pressed the event (shown above) is started as I'm receiving notifications on my iPhone and also an email. But my bell doesn't ring! Strange. When clicking on the switch itself I can enable and disable the bell itself without any problems. This means the PiFace configuration is working.

The log file shows the following (two door bell presses):

Any suggestions on this strange behaviour?

I have the exact same issue. I noticed that if I pushed the button longer it would ring but not with a short press.
Although the short press is being recognized as an event. But it didn't trigger blockly.

Perhaps it doesn't have enough time to trigger my relay switch?
