I have had a similar issue with a different appliance. Turned out the appliance had a firmware update to which zugbee2mqtt already responded with an update making my setup useless untill I did the firmware update.

Backward compatibility is not always an option.

The you check if there us a firmware update?

Could you also post the config object (topic + payload) of this device sensor?

Best to follow this guide:

Maybe not a problem of Zigbee2Mqtt itself but the config message it delivers for your specific device. In addition, the JSON parser of Domoticz seems to be more strict than before in recent versions.
I had similar errors with a Dingtian relay : The config message included a field like "optimistic":"false", it was OK in the past but is is rejected by recent versions of Domoticz which expects "optimistic" : false.
Since I cannot modify the Dingtian config message, the only solution I found was to mofify the config message myself and to bridge it via node-red.
I would recommand to check carrefully the data types for your device with mqtt explorer.
Would be a must in Domoticz to have an option to relax JSON parsing severity.

Thanks for solving this in the last beta.
