Domoticz docker updated to Trixie/Python 3.13.5

The Domoticz docker (compose) (beta) image has been updated to Debian Trixie which is using Python 3.13.5

Trixie is out since August 2025, and Python 3.13 since October 2024

This was especially needed for plugins using AsyncIO, that needed to use a hack (shared=true) parameter to get it working.
Running two plugins with 'shared=true' is causing a lot of issues

There might be some very old plugins using very old deprecated python libraries that might need to be updated.

Claude (code/desktop) or ChatGPT can assist you with this with almost no effort.

The final stable docker release will also be updated to Trixie/Python 3.13.5

The command line install script should now also be compatible with Trixie
