DzVents scripts are not triggered when a device receives the same value as before

After upgrading to Domoticz 2025.2 (build 17400), DzVents scripts are not triggered when a device receives the same value as before.

I use an RF Bridge that forwards RF remote button codes to a Text device in Domoticz.
Each button sends a unique code which is written to the Text device.

Example workflow:
Press button A on RF remote
RF Bridge sends code A12345
Text device receives A12345

DzVents script triggers correctly

However:
If the same button is pressed again and the Text device receives the same value (A12345), the DzVents script is not triggered anymore.

The script is triggered again only if:
another button is pressed (different code)
the value in the Text device changes.
This means that each remote button works only once, until another button changes the Text device value.

From what version did you update from? As something similar is reported earlier on beta viewtopic.php?t=44392

I don't know the exact previous version number, as I am running the beta branch and updating frequently (every 2–3 days).
However, I can confirm that:
- this setup was working correctly just a few days ago
- the issue appeared only after a recent update to 2025.2 (build 17400)
So this looks like a recent regression in the beta branch.

That is correct, only switch - a - like types are updated when it has the same values.
Other devices that sends the same value won't trigger the eventsystem (lastupdate will change)
